Co-Extruded Multilayer Films

Co-extruded film is a multi-layer film having peel able interfaces.The interfaces after sepration expose a clean non-sticky surface. These peel able layers are created by multi-layer co-extrustion. The strctures can be made on conventional film processing equipment. The peel able interface serve as renewable surfaces, removable coupons,tags and cards,carrier webs,opening mechahisms and labels. The multi layer co extrusion can be designed for one or two side printing,post converting operation compatability or for functionality. The layers can be pigmented or modified with other additives. The bond between the layers can be adjusted from low to high.

Liquid Packaging Film

Liquid Packaging Film is an affordable way to pack milk, and other liquids safely. This is designed using virgin and food grade raw materials. Moreover, only those non-toxic printing inks are used that have passed the deep freezing tests. From 200 ML to 5 Liters of volume can be easily packed in this film. It ensures excellent sealing strength, tear resistant design and excellent puncture resistant capability. Moreover, it has also passed the drop test.
